Music Is Powerful Stuff.

Studies show that kids who study music perform better in reading, writing and arithmetic. But ironically, today many schools are cutting their music programs to focus on "core curriculum." Grounded in Music was established to introduce kids to the power and possibility of music, inspiring them to turn to music as a hobby, career, outlet, or alternative to life on the streets.
